Iron body training refers to various types of body conditioning styles. Each involves a number of different methods including Chi Kung exercises, Hei Kung breathing, Dynamic Tension and striking with iron body training bags.
Some of the more famous styles of iron body training are Iron Vest, Iron Shirt, Golden Bell Cover, and Stone Warrior training. Iron Palm and Iron Bridge training are subsets of Iron Body training.
All of these training methods are very rare and require the guidance of an experienced teacher.
