Incorporated in this video are sensitivity training exercises that will develop your reflexes for close-in fighting. The application of all the techniques are shown and Sifu Paul Whitrod stresses the need for accurate striking of the pressure points for breaking techniques to be effective.

This video builds on San Sou no. 1 in the series which contains more detail of footwork. In addition there are videos that detail nerve strikes and pressure points.''
